Nigel and Jussara

Nigel Evans, from Wales, leads the kitchen team at Café Encounter as Head Chef. Nigel brings with him over 20 years of culinary experience (as well as a cheeky Welsh sense of humour) and a wealth of mouth watering recipes for you to enjoy. Jussarra Nascinento is from Brazil and her and her husband Alex (who works for our maintenance crew servicing our boats and machinary) have been with us for 4 years.
